Eddo is a tuber that belongs to the Araceae family and is commonly known as “taro”. The tubercle occurs with a brown skin that forms strong, hairy rings. The flesh can be white, cream-colored, violet-gray, and sometimes with pink or brown veins. It is a source of fiber, vitamins and minerals. Fight constipation, regulate diabetes and lower stress levels. Important source of vitamin C, contributes to optimal functioning of the immune system.
